Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, please note that there may be certain restrictions and additional fees for international orders. Please check our shipping policy for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in various countries around the world. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique and innovative products at competitive prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipping time varies depending on the product and the destination. Generally, it takes between 7 to 20 business days for the product to be delivered. However, please note that due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and postal delays, shipping times may be longer in some cases.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
Can I return a product if it is damaged or defective?
Yes, if you receive a damaged or defective product (DOA), please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund accordingly.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
